Enbridge wanted to raise awareness and drive sign-ups for its Smart Thermostat Rebate program. They needed a way to engage audiences across Ontario while making consumers feel the brand was truly part of their city or town. 

Strategy: 


We built a fully integrated partnership with the OHL for the 2024–25 season, creating a program that blended the successes of the previous year with new initiatives to optimize reach and engagement. Our approach included a title sponsorship of the inaugural Connor McDavid Top Prospects Game, the OHL Saves of the Week media package, in-arena content and games, and digital and social media integrations. The program also encompassed league events, playoff packages, TSN and TV commercials, rink boards and ice logo placements, as well as IP rights and a dedicated ticket bank. This 360-strategy allowed Enbridge to embed its message deeply into 17 key Ontario markets, tapping into highly regionalized communities and giving audiences the sense that the brand was truly part of their local hockey culture.
